Green architects Myanmar

Green Hotel based along the Irrawaddy River in Bagan (Myanmar). Because of its unique location, T3 team proposed to do a high standard Hotel (4* plus), very well integrated into the natural site, following the bio climatic principles (green roof or double ventilated roof, sun protection, natural ventilation). The buildings are made mainly with Natural materials  such as bricks, wood, lime plaster (reference to traditional Burmese architecture and mix between contemporary and traditional style). From entrance, customers have a direct view on the River through an alley of existing trees that designers decided to preserve. A pontoon allows to access to this green Hotel by the River and to enjoy the view on the swimming pool with has a strong relation with Nature. Conference room, massage bungalows and Spa are available to customers. In terms of landscape, the main objective was to recreate a luxuriant garden which brings freshness and serenity. All plants and trees used are from Bagan region, to make sure it match with the local climate conditions.
